How does this combo package work?

This package combines two experiences: a private Central Park Pedicab Tour and a guided 9/11 Memorial & Ground Zero Tour, followed by self-guided access to the 9/11 Museum and One World Observatory.
The tours can be done on the same day or on different days, based on your preference.

Do Central Park pedicab tours make stops?

Yes. The pedicab tour includes multiple photo and storytelling stops at major highlights such as Bethesda Fountain, Cherry Hill, and Strawberry Fields, depending on the tour duration selected.

How many people fit on one pedicab?

Each pedicab accommodates up to 3 guests. For groups larger than 3, multiple pedicabs will be provided.

If we are a large group, will the pedicabs stay together?

Yes. We always keep groups together, with coordinated stops and shared commentary throughout the ride.

How do we find our pedicab driver?

Your pedicab driver will be waiting for you at the designated pickup location listed on your voucher. Pickup details are provided after booking.

Can we get dropped off after the Central Park pedicab ride?

Yes. Optional drop-offs are available to locations such as Times Square, Rockefeller Center, Fifth Avenue, The Met, and the American Museum of Natural History. You can select your preferred drop-off during checkout.

Are Central Park pedicab tours private?

Yes. All pedicab tours included in this package are 100% private—you will not share with other guests.

What is the difference between the 1-hour and 2-hour pedicab tours?

• 1-Hour Tour: Covers the southern half of Central Park, including Bethesda Fountain, Bow Bridge, and Strawberry Fields.
• 2-Hour Tour: Covers the entire park, adding highlights such as Belvedere Castle, the Reservoir, and Cleopatra’s Needle (Obelisk).

Do I need to book the pedicab tour online?

Yes. Online booking is required to guarantee availability, pricing, and assignment of dedicated tour guides.

Are pedicab tours available in other languages?

Yes. Pedicab tours can be arranged in Spanish, French, Italian, German, and Russian upon request. Please contact us after booking with your reservation number and preferred language.

What happens if it rains or snows?

Pedicab operations may be suspended during heavy rain or snow for safety reasons. If this happens, we will contact you to reschedule your tour free of charge.

Can I pay cash upon arrival?

No. This experience requires online payment only. Cash payments and walk-ups are not accepted.

What should I wear for the 9/11 Memorial tour?

Wear comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate clothing. The tour runs rain or shine and includes outdoor walking.

Is this experience suitable for children and families?

Yes. Both the Central Park and 9/11 Memorial tours are family-friendly and suitable for guests of all ages.

How long is the 9/11 Memorial & Ground Zero guided tour?

The guided portion of the 9/11 experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours excluding time to visit Museum and Observatory.

How much walking is involved in the 9/11 tour?

Expect about 2–3 miles of walking at a comfortable pace.

Are the 9/11 Museum and One World Observatory guided?

No. After the guided 9/11 Memorial tour, museum and observatory access is self-guided, allowing you to explore at your own pace.

Are tours available in different languages?

The standard guided tour is conducted in English. If you require another language, please contact us in advance and we will do our best to accommodate.

What is the cancellation policy?

This package is fully refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
