Built in 1862 of cast iron, it spans the Lake between Cherry Hill and the Ramble. The classic Instagram angle is from the southwest, with the Eldorado building's twin towers framing the bridge against the Upper West Side skyline. The view from the bridge itself, looking south across the Lake toward Bethesda Terrace, is what made it famous. Best photo time: early morning before crowds arrive.
